No room for advancement... Senior level management out of touch. - Intern COUNTRY Financial Employee Review

Not any room to advance. Senior level management needs to think more about the employees they direct. Demanding more services/work without giving additional resources will not work in the long term. People are fed up.. especially in ITS. Making employees work 50+ hours per week will eventually burn them out. Lots of ridiculous ideas that come from senior management.. Senior management is COMPLETELY out of touch with regular staff employees. They are in their own little "la-la" land world where everything is great and nothing is wrong. Morale is dropping severely low for those working at Country.
