      - Good work place with good cookies

      Cons

      - No job security, rmz handles them - No skill development, prefer a hard working start up if you want to do that- No vision for product - Salary is never on time - HR is bad here, no culture, just fake promises - Not very budget friendly for tech products - No processes - they are fan of processes but bad at following them - Chief is not technical with least vision for himself as well as others - Too much hierarchy - EC team doesn't support tech
