Management hides behind mantra of respect and ethics. Does not listen to advice. Very slow in making decisions. Management is horrible with communications. Stagnation. Behind the empty words of respect and ethics, management simply makes business decisions without any concern for employees. Departments and teams compete against one another. Management turn a blind eye to this. Extremely unpleasant environment to work in. Very unstable working environment.
