      Pros

      A good research environment with smart people. A lot of available data en good connections with Dutch government.

      Cons

      The work ethic is pretty low. People don't work long hours and honestly are pretty dull.

      Great working atmosphere, rigorous scientific approach, highly intelligent coworkers, good treatment for employees.

      Cons

      It's not a place for ambitious people who want to climb the ladder, the institute has a rather flat hierarchy.
