-Management is clueless -Doesn’t pay suppliers so there is constant work shortages -majority of assemblers are inexperienced drug users -pay scale is abysmal, yearly raises are insults -no AC on shop floor so be prepared to work in 85-90 degree temps -huge disconnect between office and shop floor -rampant part shortages - treat this place like an STD!
