      Pros

      My overall review can be summarized by one word: refreshing. The interview process was very simple and straightforward, The people are friendly, good at their jobs, and always willing to teach you. Compared to my previous work experience, this place is a breath of fresh air. It's nice to finally be in a place where they actually want you to succeed.

      Cons

      It can be a little daunting to get into this industry. There are a lot of exceptions to rules and a lot to wrap your head around at first.
