It is great company. Everyone is friendly. They highly expect teamwork and organization. It is great opportunity to whom want to learn new things in molecular field.

You have to be participated and focus. Everything is sensitive and required extra care to not to contaminate samples.

I learned a decent amount

1. Communication - there's no lines of communication from upper management to middle management, and employees are caught in the middle. 2. Tribal - if you make a mistake with one co-worker expect many more to follow suit. 3. No business plan - was literally asked this by a contractor and upper management had no answer. 4. Finances - lab has had to shut down 4-5 days a month because supplies weren't ordered.
