The company loves bringing in new drivers thru their school to make extra money and get government spiffs, then, once a driver has experience, they find reasons to get rid of even their best drivers to cut costs. They do not want to pay the higher C.P.M. So, the longer you are with the company and the more your earn in C.P.M. The more they want to get rid of you to make room for cheap drivers rolling out of their inferior driving school.
