Pros
Easy to get in. WalMart account jobs are not terrible. If you have a recent DUI or criminal record, this may be an opportunity.
Cons
Amazingly unprofessional in all regards. The WalMart account people I worked with were better but still had problems with disrespect, poor communication, neglect of and even obstruction of truck maintenance. Training in Fontana was inadequate - 1 hr of behind the wheel practice before going to work. Trainers were mostly incredibly foul-mouthed low-lifes. You will often not be reimbursed for expenses or paid for lay-over and detention due to, not I believe actually trying to steal from you, but just general incompetence. You can spend weeks following up and getting promises and eventually you will just give up on getting your money. Remarkably low pay. It would take a driver 10 years to make it to the low end of the industry standard. You will sit for days and never go home. The rumors and reviews really are true: this company is scum
