Pros

The top earning agent when I was there was netting around 7,000 Euros a month so there's definitely earning potential. Upper management threatened us with serious consequences if we told anyone how much people earned in sales but people seriously earn that much. You can show up to work on the weekends clearly under the influence of the devil's lettuce without any consequences if that's your thing. The Christmas party was held at Parklane and they handed out some lavish gifts but it was also extremely kitsch and felt like a Temu OneCoin event.

Cons

This company operates illegally in all the markets they're active in and the product they offer is a complete scam. The company receives a shocking amount of suicide threats from their clientele and they generally handle them by simply blocking and banning the individuals making them. I heard upper management and a fellow sales agent justify this by saying "it's not like we killed anybody". Every single time the COO is asked by anyone how he's doing he systematically responds with "always good" which is corny in and of itself but then one of the sales agents also started replying with "always good" when asked the same question. He also refers to everyone as "sir" which absolutely all of the time which is just cringe-worthy as well. These ones could be considered pluses if second hand embarrassment is your thing though. The COO has a little office in the same room as the sales team and he seriously did very little other than heavily monitor our calls and what we were doing via the cameras. There is a general lack of leadership and intelligent people in charge here. My last paycheck was 2.9k gross which highlights the huge variance in how much sales agents earn. There are TV's in the office which show exactly how hard people are working and how much they're earning. How much you earn here is not at all down to how hard you work but purely based on the leads handed out by management. Management also expects agents to be content with other agents doing less than half the work and earning up to three times as much. Towards the end I was baited into an argument during which this individual tried to intimidate me multiple times and eventually threatened to "take this outside the job." By this point we were also having to eat meals either while standing up in the kitchen or outside on the balcony in single digit temperatures. These collective punishment conditions were created due to minor infractions of some of the pettiest rules imaginable. Not long after I started the owner of the company showed up to the office and the atmosphere immediately became palpably weird. I found out afterwards that people who had worked for him for years had never met the guy before. This kind of behaviour only comes from people who know that what they're doing is seriously messed up. I also found it odd that the owner didn't show up at the Christmas party and I was giddily told that he doesn't show up to these things and that he was in Dubai on business instead. I also learned that this guy allegedly travels via private jet and having worked on one of their top five markets and having seen the numbers there is absolutely no way that this business alone is generating enough money to sustain itself. I'm speculating here but if I had to guess I'd say that this company is either being used to 'process' the proceeds of something else, has some seriously unhappy investors or is going to go out of business sooner rather than later. If you look up reviews of the sites this company operates you'll find that pretty much 95% of the genuine reviews are written by people complaining about being scammed. Cyprus is rife with companies scamming people but I was honestly shocked at the level this company was taking it to. We were also being pushed to reach out to clients in increasingly unethical ways that the majority of agents weren't comfortable with. The people in charge here seem to think that they have a cool little company but it's seriously a bunch of red pilled loser crypto bros scamming the hell out of people.
