Pros

CRB has been an incredible company to work with. I have worked with many different recruitment and contracting companies, this one has been the best by far. They are transparent with all of the information they have, immediate in their communication, and clear with their expectations.

Cons

I really can't think of any negatives for CRB, I would easily recommend them to anyone.

Pros

CRB has been an excellent place to work with from the very beginning. They landed me a contracting position that was a great fit for my skills, which ultimately turned into a full-time role. I truly don’t think I would have landed this opportunity without CRB. Their recruiting team is professional, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. Before every interview, they made sure I had the hiring manager’s information, company background, and all the preparation materials I needed to put my best foot forward. That level of detail really stood out. As a CRB contractor, I experienced efficient onboarding and a well-managed system for everything from logging time to receiving pay and handling open enrollment. The process was always simple, clear, and on schedule. Their HR and support staff were friendly and consistently responsive. I’m grateful a CRB recruiter reached out to me, and I’d confidently recommend CRB to anyone looking for a well-run, supportive recruiting partner.

Cons

I wish they have better retirement selections.

Pros

Quick job turn around time. As soon as you interview, you will have an offer by the end of the week. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. A great little raft when you need a job quick.

Cons

You are a contractor. No PTO, no holidays, and unless you live in a state where it is the law, no sick leave. Benefits here are nonexistent and the clients they sign you up for will treat you like a salary worker. Also, starting salary will be less than what you were making before.
