Getting regular work is great, as are the benefits. The company deals with really great subs and trades who make for a professional work environment on job sites.

The hours can be long and unpredictable. Not all workers are qualified and it's becoming necessary to oversee and train people who should have been screened better. Not sure what the problem is, but they keep losing job qualified and skilled workers while those who are unqualified or quite frankly freeloaders seem to be staying on. This lopsided turn over in staff isn't a good indicator either, and will only end up slowing down jobs rather than helping in the long run.

I enjoyed working for CRCS. They have a great all around team of over 50 employees. Management is knowledgeable, and fair. Group benefits were good, pay was reasonable, and room to grow was available.

Often long and unpredictable hours due to nature of business. Some tasks were tough as they were physically demanding. Also some colleagues complained a lot and seemed to blame everyone but themselves.
