Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy - Assistant Manager CREAM Cafe Employee Review

Everything else. Pay was awful, hours were awful because I never left on time and most public transport was finished by the time I finished. Managers refused to take responsibility for any issues, and often used myself or someone else as a scapegoat. They also gave everyone 0 hour contracts and tried to dock 2 weeks of pay if someone wanted to leave without notice.
