Pros

Working with Crest Services, like any other DSP job is rewarding. Members (Clients) are a joy to work with.

Cons

Supervisors and team leads who are as proactive as they should be are spread thin. As with most companies, DSPs are a revolving door. This company pays the least in the area. Homes are not maintained well. Only one maintenance man who is also spread thin. Treatments plans are not always updated

Pros

Providing care for the members is so rewarding. We have some truly amazing clients.

Cons

Poor communication Blatant favoritism. Staff doesn't consistently follow policy. 3-week rotating schedule is confusing and inconvenient. You can't just take a day off, you have to use PTO to cover the shift whether you want to or not. New hires have often been quickly promoted without sufficient training or experience.
