Pros
The pay is very good, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives for referrals. Remote/Hybrid work This place is a good stepping stone, but don’t stay on that step for too long.
Cons
There’s a reason there is high turnover here. Burnout is inevitable since workload is so heavy. Unrealistic timelines are pushed on the team. This meant weekend work, late night work, and little work-life balance. They didn’t do much to remedy this, since everyone here seems to prioritize work over their life.Their industry exempts them from the Right to Disconnect law. You’re expected to drop everything for this job. Nasty coworkers did not receive much punishment or take accountability for their behaviour. Some were well known to lash out and I felt like the company brushed it off as part of their charm. Not many Progressive workers stay here. Although they say it’s not partisan, I was constantly faced with workplace talk of very right-leaning views. Compromising morals for a buck is not worth the good pay.
