      Amazing Business Model - Vertically Integrated; drive to be the best they can be within the markets they serve

      Cons

      Acquisitions are the top priority, and throughput of the 3000+ materials sites; they want to make IT a priority, but they've proven to be successful with limited IT investment (note I didn't say no IT investment, it's just far less than the industry standard for their vertical(s).
