      I keep in reading reviews about low salary, I don't know why but atleast for a Research Analyst with the industry research division in intelligence department, if you have 1 year of experience they pay you min of 15-18 LPA fixed. But do note they are pretty good at negotiations. If they pay you anything below that they are low balling you. Negotiate, worked for me.

      There are serious manager issues, when you complain against it to the highest decision makers they still don't take any actions

      Pros

      Very hands on with training and they were super understanding when I was pregnant and had my son. Pay was spectacular!!!
