My experience at CSA was marked by constant changes in policies, a lack of coherent company culture, and an unprofessional work environment. The absence of fixed policies made it challenging to perform consistently, as changes were frequent and seemed to align with the founder's convenience rather than the team's welfare. Saturday work was expected with minimal recognition, and the founder's unprofessional behavior also didn't help. Employees faced constant threats of termination when requesting leave or questioning sudden policy changes. Moreover, the salaries were delayed deliberately as another means of mental harassment. There was undue pressure on employees to leave positive reviews on platforms like Glassdoor and Google. A lot of reviews you see on the web are fake. This lack of professionalism and absence of a supportive culture made my experience very disappointing.
