Pros

the benefits are great - they match the 401 k, and you get your choice of excellent health plans between EPO, HMO, or PPO. Now you also get wonderful dental benefits, as well as vision benefits. The time off is great - you don't lose it at the end of the year, but it rolls and then is capped after you reach a certain amount. It combines both the sick pay and the vacation time which is great. The people there are great - they are truly like a family. It makes coming to work all that much more worth it.

Cons

There is absolutely no room for advancement in this company. There is a hiring freeze which is not good, and does not make a person want to work that hard. Management pushes the employees to work very hard - the less people they have the harder a person works, with no additional money. They talk about the work and life balance, but there is none - employees are like work horses there. It seems more important to take a new claim then do the existing work, however you are still graded negatively if the work is done incorrectly. No work and life balance at all
