Pros
At one time the company had a great benefits package, but they have cut that down to the just the basics.
Cons
Too many layers of management. Disingenuous corporate values. Poor communication. Brutal layoffs, where impacted employees are paraded in front of their colleagues in tears. “It’s good to be king" style of Management. Burning out employees at any whim without clear goals. Constantly changing strategies. Leaders that minimize or disregard the needs and well being of anyone outside the group or employees where they have direct responsibility. Inadequate accountability for senior Management.
