Pros

AAA as an organization promotes personal and professional development at all levels of employment. There is ample opportunity for continued learning and personal growth if one so desires. The local leadership teams make every effort in order to ensure there is a balance between the business need and the needs of the employees. While decisions don't always seem "fair" on the surface, the reality is that there are some individuals who simply will never be satisfied and who take no accountability for their own actions. If an indiviudal wants to grow and wants to be succesful in this organization the opportunities and support are there. This is one of few companies who truly care about their employees (at least at the local level) and tries to make decision in their best interest. PTO guidelines are fair and the benefits are good. The ogranization keeps employees informed about changes in process and procedures and encourages open and honest feedback from the employees.

Cons

As with any company there are people in this organization who are cancerous. They take no accountability for their own actions, fail to see the big picture, and put little to no effort into their own development or success. Rather than be productive and look for ways to improve these individuals spread negativity like wild fire which resutls in a significant amount of babysitting and "micro-management" on the part of the leadership team which results in more negative feedback from the staff. There are also entirely too many changes within the organazation. These changes happen too frequently and witihout significant forethought into logistics surrounds the impact. If senior management would simply allow enough time for changes to take effect and work we might find a more productive work environment and greater employee engagement. We have a tendency to speak before we think and make hasty decisions with quick implementation only to turn around and have to change again.
