Pros
Pay is good, PTO great, benefits decent, teammates good, supervisors are ok.
Cons
New phone system terrible, implementing AI and it's a joke. Managers and supervisors out of touch with calls due to not taking the calls from non stop customers calling. CSAA rising costs of insurance is real bad. Training in theory is good, but it's not. There is not enough time ever to get appropriate training. It's just figure it out as you go. But a good situation for agents or customers.
