the down side was my supervisors nor my trainer's didn't trained me. No one did had to learn it all on my own though the service manual was ok i guess but enough for me to learn all the process and what MSR stands for since no one knew not even supervisors MSR/FSR stand for since i know it means: Material Support Resources/Field Support Resource since the position really did seem out of order. Stress is high and pay for it is low aggression is there for those don't know how to do there own job there for there no communication everyone move to any position as they please with no supervision what so ever. I had be stuck with very angry aggressive man move to my position cause he didn't had to ask... Supervisors always looked away they didn't care cause they think there not getting paid enough to care. I had to report it in cause this man was stealing, messing up with application that are installed on work stations, and cursed at me bullied me. I report it in HQ cause supervisors weren't there they don't care this only happens when they look away... Other than that the job would have been easy and for pay 12.00 an hour would have seemed fair but dealing with that situation i wouldn't recommend it. Only your disparate for the job with that kind of pay? I not replying to any human resource from CSAT for Dell position Flat Panel. Only to say i am disappointed i was terminated during christmas this year 2017 cause i made a report complaint supervisors didn't want to deal with worrying about me? For reporting of abusive power, bullied, and damaged equipment!?
