Literally everything. This company is so unorganized and everyone at the corporate office is condescending and clearly doesn’t have strong experience working in property management. They are growing fast and have a terrible director of operations that doesn’t know anything about property management. Between them and the accounting department they have successfully alienated all the on site staff. They do have an acquisitions side that is much better about being encouraging and supportive of the people running their assets, and the operations team could really take a page out of their book.
