Pros
1) It is a job. 2) Learn how not to do business 3) Learn how to deal with difficult people
Cons
1) Focus is finding deals where client has no other choice and are desperate 2) Focus of executives is not "is this a good deal" based on risk/reward analysis but is this a deal that Owner could come back on me if deal went bad in the future. Not a team culture but strong culture of "cover your a@#" 3) Very cut throat culture as to clients and employees
