+ Opportunity to interact with founder + Interesting place when it gets busy + A lot of potential responsibilities and room for you to step up if you take initiative + Tight-knit class of analysts. Easy to make friends
Cons
- Occasional analyst or manager fine with throwing you under the bus - Lack of pay transparency - When it gets slow, it is almost unbearable - Politics - Either a lot of 50+ yr old employees or a lot of 20 year olds. Not much potential for mentorship from someone who was in the same place as you 5-10 yrs ago
