Pros
Very good training, a great first step on the ladder to a recruitment career.
Cons
Was mis-sold in the interview process, was certainly sold the 100K a year dream when I think it was unnecessary as this was never going to happen in the first few years. Was consistently lied to by lower management including trying to take markets from you etc, not really a nice situation to be in when you rely on management for your own support. Also felt like staff were placed into management due to their billing ability and not their management ability. Senior management isn't aware of the implications that lower level members of staff are having on the business as a whole. A real shame because there are people to look up to within the business but sadly not enough of them. Eventually left to go to a much more professional & trustworthy company.
