      Work only if you want to work without salary, you will be insulted every day without any reason , only time waste

      Greetings! we understand your concern. we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. However, what we can see here is accusation to the whole organization without any fact and figure. Due to misconduct and disciplinary issues, we had to fire few employees and getting reaction from them this way is quite natural. But, accusing the company and its MD, is inappropriate and not acceptable.       Nothing to explain. I would never engourage.

      Cons

      Avoid if you value your career and financial stability. Salaries are paid 1–2 months late No respect for employees’ financial commitments (EMIs, loans, families) Leadership is unprofessional, unappreciative, and self-centred Company is heavily debt-ridden with constant attrition No learning or growth environment My full and final settlement has been pending for over 2 months (~₹1 lakh). No responses despite repeated follow-ups. Many former employees are facing the same issue. If dues are not cleared soon, I will be forced to seek legal recourse through the labour court.
