Staff were great. I hated leaving them.

CSI sells itself as a luxury property management company, but in reality they cut corners, pay their employees far less than industry standards and have no infrastructure or training plans (half the computers in the office didn't work). It got so bad that three of the four people in my office left in a two month period due to unethical practices and low pay. The COO, Mark Blackburn, will make promises when you are hired that will never come true. The Director, Charles Smith, will never take ownership of any issues, preferring instead to make noise about helping BUT NEVER ACTUALLY DOES ANYTHING. He doesn't even have a good understanding of the property he is in charge of.
