Expert in their field, narrow focus - Recruiter CSI Recruiting Employee Review

I recruited for CSI Recruiting for about a year, focusing on their oil & gas and energy clients, which is the company's focus. Nice small-company environment.

Limited advancement because of the small size.

They know the industry, cut through the nonsense of the recruiting and interview process. They were able to quickly identify 3 target companies that met my goals and working style. Helped me through the interview, offer and acceptance process of the position that seemed most ideal. Good guys, they know E&P.

Wish I had gone on a few more interviews before getting to the decision point with this one opportunity, but that's not entirely on CSI Recruiting, as they moved things along as best they could.
