All you have to do is read your notes.
You have been trained
Found out that there has been 3 previous members of staff left before me not heard good things from the feedback
Have to be fully qualified and learn everything and then do not ask questions or for help.
If you don’t pick things up within the training period then you are out the door.
Was advised that I don’t ask at the end of a phone call to a customer is there anything else a can help you with??
As this just wastes time.
But it’s more to do with they don’t want any complaints or anything they have to fix.
As long as the company makes there money.
We are just at the bottom of the pile.
