      Pros

      Its a great job to gain experience if your a newly certified phlebotomist. The Manager Janay Kelley is great she is super helpful. She works just as hard if not harder with the people under her. The pay is good it could be better.

      Cons

      Super fast pace and constant demand of rude DONORS. Besides the Manager Janay the rest sit on their hands and watch the floor struggle. Most of management need a refresher course on how the floor works.

      Management doesn't communicate. HR is slow to action and usually comes of reporting. Lack of Quality and Integrity of management and employees.
