      The salary is great and there is some flexibility.

      Cons

      Upper management is not supportive and is not very available when issues arise. The training program needs a complete overhaul at the management level.

      The insurance benefits are great

      Cons

      the pay is low and like most businesses they have no loyalty to existing long term employees they pay more money to the new incoming employees instead of the employees that have been working there and have been loyal
