      Great for building strong IV and phlebotomy skills, but work can feel repetitive and focused on donor volume rather than broad nursing practice. Consistent schedule.

      Cons

      STAFFING was horrible. They cross-trained all staff, which would have been fine if my workload wasn't already busy and still was expected to play all roles. Some donors were aggressive.

      higher pay than other LVN job

      Cons

      not a lot of healthcare related, you do some physical assessment, and intervene when donor get sick on the donation floor
