Good teamwork - Student Support Specialist CSM Academy International Employee Review

The management is quite supportive and my colleagues are helpful. They are willing to guide me as I'm not only new to the company also new to the role which I'm go through a career transition. Very grateful to be able to learn and apply the skills that I've learnt in my transition course.

Need more staff to better manage with the job distribution, and fortunately they are continuing to hire for better support. Hope more supports coming in.

Management Team has great experience and forward thinking. Colleagues are great and there is no politics (which is rare)

Slightly under-staffed and everyone is multi-tasking.
