Pros
You'll have plenty of hours to earn pay. Some of the people on a personal level are great.
Cons
You will be made to work 12 hours a day plus weekends at 8 hours (though sometimes you will have to work 12 even on Saturday and Sunday). They tell you that there is room to move up but, that only happens if you're one of the favored ones otherwise you can look forward to seeing those less qualified be promoted ahead of you. They make you work harder instead of holding other departments supplying you with materials accountable and they will also force you to do things the hard way because they will not take the time to fix the necessary equipment. Some of the people in charge can be overbearing and some of your coworkers treat the place like high school. Before I quit I worked with someone in bonding and all she did was gossip and complain about people.
