You might have a Bach. degree and relevant work experience as an engineer, architect, or civil engineer, etc. but your "Manager" will likely have no experience in that area. Someone with a masters degree in aviation, hospitality and travel, or history (all examples of real people in the company) will be telling you how to design a drainage system.
