Fully work from home, company lunches at least monthly. Good starting place if you have no experience in sustainability consulting/Ecovadis.

Turnover rate is horrendous which should be your first concern. The boss will take on countless projects with no regard for manpower. I OT-ed everyday. He also threw me under the bus during client calls and blamed analysts for not fulfilling client requests when he failed to pass them on. He has no overview of current projects and works via solving problems in most pressing order. You learn things here very quickly because there is little to no guidance and you HAVE to know them. Also the pay is not good.

Contract staff were great to work with

Family-run business with a boss that seemed to have anger management issues. Poor pay, terrible management, and absolutely no respect for employees' time. I have been asked to do menial and non-urgent tasks on weekends.
