I enjoyed working at CSS. The companies they raise finance for are innovative and diverse. They run an apprentice scheme as well which enables younger employees to gain an in depth understanding of Venture Capital and Private Equity within a sales environment. They also train their employees and put them through regulatory exams.

It's a smaller company than others but generally speaking I see that as a positive.

look for drive instead of qualifications.

- Management is awful. - Younger trainee brokers are forced to cold call all day. - lack of opportunity. - yes the figures don't add up, a down hill company. - Very Poor office facilities.
