Pros

Decent pay, interesting projects, location, nice office, good busy season food, nice workout room, beautiful rooftop terrace with sweeping views

Cons

Be very wary of this organization. Their awards they've won aren't reflective of the overall culture. It's mainly a desperate effort to submit to any work survey so that the award can be a banner on their website. Other than the same 15 people, annual turnover is at least 50% or higher. Very clique-ish environment. Everyone is in a cubicle regardless of what is implied of being offered an office during the interview. The managing partner enjoys pitting employees against each other. Extreme micromanaging of time reporting. It will take you less than a month working there to realize it's a fit or you can't wait to get out of there.

Pros

The employees are resilient, adaptable, and consistently find creative ways to accomplish their work despite limited resources. Team members are supportive and committed to getting the job done.

Cons

Outdated systems and a lack of adequate tools create unnecessary challenges and inefficiencies in daily operations. Many tasks take longer than they should because employees must work around limitations that could be addressed with better technology and resources.
