      Pros

      Good wages, great retirement, good benefits, union protected, diverse job choices (bid and award system), decent amounts of overtime, if wanted.

      Cons

      Health cost sharing, young management (know it alls), recent workforce downsizing, constant outdoor work, too many levels of management, can be labor intensive at times.

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
