      Pros

      Had a good manager but poor leadership above. Some employees were very nice, that's about it.

      Cons

      Company has layoff list every day, no structure within plants, always stressful, no strategic direction, all employees looking for other work

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
