      Pros

      CTDI is a good company to work. They have passion for the staff and give everyone equal opportunity to develop or rise to any height of your choice. Their motivational drive is highly commendable.

      Cons

      Nobody is perfect except God so, if there is any flaw with CTDI it's not obvious to me as of now.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
