Pros

There are countless things that make this the best place I have ever worked, hands down. The owners are involved in every aspect of the business and always open to feedback about anything - product, process, culture, etc. The leadership team is always available to talk and provide guidance. There is constant change in an effort to make things even better. The benefits are incredible - great coverage at a great price. 401k matching on a per pay basis after 90 days of employment. Team members are amazing and incredibly intelligent. The work/life balance is incredible and there is amazing flexibility, especially now with COVID. Also, there are lot of perks in the office like unlimited snacks, bagel Fridays, drinks, and Keuirg coffee. Most importantly, through COVID, the company has been extremely thoughtful and targeted in their efforts to address it.

Cons

It sounds too good to be true, but I can' t think of anything that would make anyone unhappy here.

Pros

- Easy Onboaridng, paperwork is electronic really efficient - Fun outings with CEOs that spare no expense - Beautiful office design - Independence to do your work and design innovative solutions

Cons

- Took approx 5 interviews to get hired, more than 4 interviews to get hired is absolutely ridiculous in this job market - Interviewing with multiple people that you won’t be working with under the guise of ‘checking if you fit our culture’ says a lot and not in a good way - Company moves in a fast and unorganized pace - Employees are told to look for cost savings as well as money making opportunities, this is not what most people were hired for - A lot of fraternizing between employees on inappropriate levels across the small org during after hours and off the clock activities - No separation between HR and Executive leadership, HR seems to pull strings and there is no appropriate separation of duties - Managers who do not work well with team members are promoted because of what they can do for CEO/company and not how well they manage people or produce - Favoritism runs rampant especially if you’ve been with the company since the beginning - Too much drinking on premises - They are jailed as one of the best places to work but after my experience I can’t understand why - HR does not take claims of mistreatment seriously
