      Partners are flexible as long as you overachieve Patient partners who want us all to win Collaborative - everyone has a voice on the investment team

      Cons

      Inherent with any growth equity jobs - hours fluctuate based on deal flow - Q4 and Q1 are always insane but summers and holidays are usually normal hours and enjoyable!
