Pros
You get free post-traumatic stress disorder after working for these clowns. More responsibilities if you do a wonderful job for the same pay whilst senior management folds their arms and the board is counting their gold coins.
Cons
I would give this place negative stars if possible because it's a toxic environment. Top management can't tell the difference between their left and right hand. Senior management who thinks their CEO is a clown... and talk bad behind others back... handing out executive titles like candies at the cost of sacrificing those at the bottom. Never been in a company that's so disorganized... what kind of tech company would invest minimal in the IT team and expect everyone to just suck it up... Executives giving stupid remarks and comments that makes people feel extremely uncomfortable. CV Check has been struggling and is still struggling due to stupid decisions made from the top. Don't even get started on the attempt of creating a culture... the way it's being done feels disingenuous and should be left for a day care centre. HR is two faced and have selective hearing... only likes to hear good things and shuts out anything negative... wouldn't even bother passing feedback onto higher up. They're also delusional... and have power trips... oh sorry forgot you don't want to be called HR but people and culture instead... There's proper way to doing things rather than shoving it in their faces. Those all hands meetings... utter waste of time and made me sick every time I attend one because it's the same thing every time with slight changes and it's terrible show to watch... This place is run by a bunch of circus clowns and we're the monkeys... they're also a bunch of cheapskates... Lastly, there's no chance of any growth and development here but if you want to get into other areas, they'll give you the new workload with low support on top of your current work.
