I had a profoundly disappointing experience at CV3 Financial Services. The company is riddled with nepotism, frequently promoting family members regardless of their qualifications. This led to a deeply unfair work environment where merit and hard work were often overlooked.
During my time at CV3, my manager repeatedly undermined my efforts by taking my loans and claiming I wasn’t competent enough, which severely impacted my confidence. This toxic behavior was a common occurrence, making the workplace atmosphere incredibly stressful and demoralizing.
The company’s organizational structure is chaotic and poorly managed, a problem that persisted even after their transition from Pacific Western Bank. Instead of improving, CV3 retained and amplified the worst aspects of its predecessor, particularly the favoritism and disorganization.
I deeply regret leaving my previous job to join CV3. Fortunately, I was able to find a new job immediately after leaving this toxic environment, and I couldn’t be happier to put this chapter behind me. I strongly advise others to think twice before considering employment with CV3 Financial Services.
