Team-oriented workplace that is passionate about solar energy and sustainability practices. Depending on the department, there is upward mobility.

There's an expectation that employees must attend multi-day team building activities out of state while juggling a difficult workload. HR Manager isn't very succinct when she calls employees into meetings and a 30-60 minute meeting can last upwards of several hours while she discusses topics that are irrelevant to the employee/their work.
