Everything else. Lack of training to new staff. Unprofessional senior staff- will swear at the new staff whenever asked for help hence why new staff has lack of training. Been there for a couple months and seen soo many people come and go, due to staff getting sacked as the senior staff please. A lot of bullying. Difficult to pick any skills up and senior staff and managers are more concerned at swearing at new staff for no reason.
