The new supervisors have been really good. Much better than the last round. They act as a buffer for a lot of the mess we use to deal with. That's the best thing CVR has ever done for the company
Cons
You will never feel appreciated. They wonder why morale is horrible, it’s because they DO NOT appreciate their employees. As employees, the work is already overwhelming but add in no appreciation from upper-management whatsoever. Management would rather buy lunch and cupcakes then to give bonuses for exceeding scores that make them look good and get them all the bonuses they receive for a job well done on their contract. Employees can’t even enjoy the outings and would rather receive the money spent on it since they are so underappreciated. Upper management will lie on you to get their way. It’s just so horrible! No amount of work that the supervisors put in could help the fact that upper management don't care. The supervisors should go find a place that appreciates their work ethic as well and don't let CVR drag you down. The union suck, HR is inexperienced, untrained and uncaring, upper management only care about the millions they make for reaching SEMAP and everyone is disgruntled. If you need medical you will have to choose between eating and health. The company truly do not care about the employees. And the CEO hate to see her money leaving. She is extremely cheap. She can tell you about all the money she spent to keep the contract but won’t take the time to even learn her employees names.
